Nick Dawnay - Consultant
Nick has years of experience in both the private and public sector, working with workforces ranging from 50 to 200,000 people. He has a stellar track-record with improving performance, enhancing operations, improving margins and reducing cost specifically relating to recessionary environments.
Experience
Worked at a business based IT consultancy in London, specialising in creating process based infrastructures and measurable marketing, followed by working at global business consultancies at both Accenture and KPMG, where he specialised in performance management and workforce improvements. Nick also brings his disciplined business approach gained from his time with the British Army where he served until he was injured in the line of duty while fighting in Afghanistan.
Nick prides himself on working closely with all staff in order to quickly implement sustainable business improvements into the organisation. While he has deep expertise working with senior leaders and staff of industry and government, Nicks' ability to quickly implement sustainable improvements into a workforce is partly a result of his structured approach to large and small scale project management.

Prudential, Norman Foster Architects, Liberty's Department Store, The Home Office, Konditor & Cook, Ministry of Defence, National Health Service and the Prime Ministers Strategy Unit. Nick has also worked on a number of strategy initiatives designed to both audit and challenge clients ways of working with their businesses.
Nick was a lead member for creating and conducting organisational strategic diagnostics for the KPMG Global market offering. Prior to completing a postgraduate law degree Nick supported himself by working in a number of roles in the food and catering business.
Interests
Nick has written extensively on global epicurean cuisine, based on his world travels. Nick is very active in all outdoor sports such as skiing, climbing, parachuting as well as marathon and long distance country (fell) running.
Nicks philosophy in life is to never settle for being just 'good' and always do everything you can to become 'great'. Nick comes from a family of artists which has greatly influenced his pursuit of artistic perfection and creativity. Nick lives in London with his wife Sarah, who is a corporate lawyer.
