DESCRIPTION

A number of activities will be addressed in our Strategy Workshop, but from a very high-level there are 3 main questions that will be answered:

  • Where you want to go in the next 3-5 years?
  • What you currently have to take you there?
  • What you need to get there?

By the end of the strategy workshop, you will have a clear idea of your company’s strategic profile:

  • Identify your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Identify your market offering (i.e. what is your offering to the marketplace? Your driving force? Your business concept?)
  • Identify your market target (i.e. what customers are you targeting with your offerings? What products/services are you offering? Where are you offering them?)
  • Identify your point of difference (i.e. how is your offering unique in the marketplace?)
  • Identify your delivery capability (i.e. what operational areas must you excel in if you are to deliver that offering)
  • What are the short, medium and long term activities that we have to operationalise in order to achieve your 3-5 year strategy
