GBI’s performance management programme ensures that all employees are performing at the expected job level for all of the performance objectives. (Sales, customer service, compliance, strategy, etc...) With clear expectations for every job role, the performance management programme facilitates career pathing for your workforce. It is a bi annual programme which provides deep insight into who are the star performers in your organisation. Like all of our other offerings, we will implement it into the workforce so they know how to effectively rate their colleagues by job role, store, area and group. There are 3 types of reviews: upwards, downwards and peer to peer.

It is a clear and easy to use measurement tool to assess how your company is performing at every job role level and overall as an organisation. GBI’s performance management programme has been designed and used at many of the largest and most high-performing companies in the world.
